ThermaView™

ThermaView™ software is Thermatool’s most powerful diagnostics software for real-time graphical display of welder operating conditions. In the event of a fault, ThermaView™ software diagnostics help operators and engineers determine possible causes and recommended corrective actions. ThermaView™ welder diagnostics software also provides historical trending of weld parameters and early warning of any adverse welder conditions that could result in a system shutdown. The welder operator has direct access to a diagnostics screen and at any time can view real-time PLC analogue input and digital input/output values. If there is an application fault, ThermaView™ software describes the nature of the fault, its possible cause and, most importantly, the recommended corrective action.
